Snohomish Conservation District

Cyndi Schaeffer lives in Snohomish, WA with her husband and several dogs. She is committed to supporting farm owners, landowners, and the environment. With extensive experience in public service—including roles as a DSHS administrator, Edmonds College executive director, and King County Public Health chief of staff—she has also taught at various universities and authored Change Leadership Emotional Intelligence.  She is self-employed as an organizational development consultant. Currently, Cyndi serves as treasurer for the Snohomish Conservation District.
